1. What is your privacy policy?

We do not share any information about our customers with others, with the exception of information required to process their orders (or when requested by a government health or law enforcement agency in the course of an investigation.) We do not send SPAM email, but we do send email to our customers with order confirmation, tracking number information, or questions regarding their order.   

2. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on the wrap and the carton?

Yes.          
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the wrap and carton, the minimum order is one container units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format.

3. How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:        
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)        
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price        
* Delivery time required        
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )    
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any( in China or Hong Kong )

4. How could I get samples?

We can supply some free samples if you have a FedEx or DHL account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company or  send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.

5. Can you arrange the transportation for us?

Yes. We can arrange sea transportation.

6. How can the products be sent to us?

For samples, sent usually by courier.      
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.    
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).    

7. what is payment we accept?

Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order confirmation. We don't accept payment by credit card.      
Western Union is acceptable.

9. How can we become your sole distributor?

If you can sell our products 1x20FCL per month, you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than 5x20FCL per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.
